Step 1 Trash Prep

Get your trash ready for pickup.

Check with your community management for your specific collection days, times, and container type.

Trash must be placed in securely tied bags — no loose items.

Bags should be leak-proof and durable enough for safe transport.

Step 2 Set It Out

Time for pickup!

Place your container with the tied trash bag(s) outside your front door within the 2-hour window before your scheduled collection time.

If you have multiple bags, place one bag on top of the other (“snow cone style”) inside the container.

Again, double-check your pickup schedule with your management team if you’re unsure.

Step 3 Done

That’s it!

Bring your container back inside by the next morning.

Enjoy the rest of your evening — no more late-night dumpster runs!

“For bulk items such as furniture, large boxes, or old household goods, please contact your community manager for proper disposal instructions.”

  • Ensure all trash is securely bagged—no loose debris allowed.
  • Double-bag pet waste to prevent leaks and odors.
  • Use durable bags that can safely contain waste during transport without tearing or leaking.
  • Do not dispose of broken glass, sharp objects, or hazardous materials in regular trash.
  • Oversized items such as furniture, appliances, and large unflattened boxes are not accepted during routine collection.

Weather-Related Service Updates

For the safety of our residents and service teams, waste collection may be suspended during severe weather events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

“Recycling participation can be challenging for many communities. That’s why we’ve developed a streamlined program designed to make it easy for every resident to contribute and embrace a greener lifestyle.”

Important: Please do not place any prohibited items in communal recycling bins or your household recycling bags.

Non-recyclable materials contaminate the recyclables, causing the entire batch to be rejected and sent to the landfill.

Key Collection Instructions:

  • Community-specific guidelines apply: Please consult your property management team for details specific to your area.
  • In most communities, recyclable items must be placed in clear, transparent bags for collection.
  • Where food waste collection is available, all food scraps must be placed in compostable bags for pickup.
  • In areas using a single-bin system, separate your recyclables, food waste, and trash by placing each in individual bags before placing them inside your bin. If using multiple bags, arrange them neatly one on top of the other (“snow cone” style).

Please Remember:

  • Do not place unacceptable items in communal recycling or food waste containers, or in your household collection bags.
  • Only clean containers, free of food residue, should be placed in recycling.
  • Contamination from non-recyclable materials will cause the entire bag or batch to be discarded.
  • When unsure about an item’s recyclability, it’s safer to dispose of it with your regular trash.

Together, we can keep our community clean and reduce waste effectively!
